Klang, known for its delicious food which showers our taste buds with colorful taste. We've always wanted to go there but never did take the extra mile to venture into this mysterious capital state of Selangor.
Fried Chicken
This Nijia Fried Chicken has been in the business for 20 over years, they have two branches including this branch. The main branch is in Pandamaran, Klang.
Personally I think this beats KFC and Popeye big time. The golden brown chicken skin is just like adding chocolate sprinkles on ice cream, a perfectly fried skin. As I bit into the meat I can feel that 'juice' flowing out from the chicken meat. One word -
Yo Yo Ice
After eating fried stuffs you should definitely indulge in this Yo Yo Ice. Though it looks ordinary but it tastes great, especially the Longan flavour
Curry Mee
Though the Curry Mee looks small in the picture, it's actually a giant pot which can serve 5 people. This wouldn't win them any award though since it taste basically the same as any other stalls out there.
Fried Pork Ribs with Yam
This was a killer, the ribs were very tender. Though it was deep fried it did not turn dry. A great dish indeed.
